Established and led by building and carpentry duo Charlie Lewis and Chris Coombe, C3 Projects brings together over 25 years of experience in the Sydney and Canberra residential and commercial markets.
Our Team
Charlie Lewis
Charlie has over 15 years of carpentry and building experience in both the Sydney and Canberra residential and commercial construction markets. Focused on high-end residential construction, Charlie brings a network of established and highly skilled trades along with a wealth of knowledge, guidance and advice for his clients to ensure optimal solutions. Charlie has a high referral rate from his clients, taking a high-touch approach and communicating every step of the way.
Chris Coombe
Chris has worked in the building and construction industry since 2010 on Tier 1 commercial projects and local Tier 2 constructions. Chris has worked on a number of high profile jobs which include ANU Union Court redevelopment and Australian Parliament House physical security upgrades.
His management skills combined with his practical hands-on experience position him perfectly to deliver high-quality building projects on time and within budget. Chris has been commended by his clients for his professional approach, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
Newtown
1886 Victorian Villa
The Newtown Project was a full renovation of an existing Victorian Villa built in 1886. We renovated the entire property while showcasing the original 1886 features and transforming the villa’s worn look into a light-filled and luminous space.
Rozelle
The Cottage
The Rozelle Project was an extensive renovation to a freestanding cottage overlooking the Sydney harbour & city. The project comprised two bathrooms, a powder room, laundry, living, dining, facade and backyard spaces.
Fairlight
The Federation Residence
The Fairlight Project comprised of a full kitchen renovation including the addition of a breakfast bar. Adding an edgy facelift whilst paying homage to the buildings federation bones.
Darlinghurst
The Terrace
The Darlinghurst project was an extensive renovation of the existing terrace. We transformed the entire ground floor into a new kitchen, pantry, powder room and living room/lounge room.
Pyrmont
The Warehouse
The Pyrmont Project was a full warehouse apartment renovation including two bathrooms, a powder room, laundry, kitchen, living, dining and hardwood flooring.
